Refund / Right of Withdrawal Policy

As an EU consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital products, this period starts on the day your order is confirmed.

Digital downloads. Our products are ebooks delivered instantly. At checkout you expressly ask us to make the ebook available immediately and acknowledge that, once the download or access begins, you lose your right of withdrawal. This means that once you have downloaded or opened an ebook, it can no longer be refunded under the right of withdrawal.

If you haven't downloaded yet. You may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund. Use the withdrawal function in your account [link] or email us at [email]. We'll refund you within 14 days of your request, using your original payment method.

Faulty or inaccessible files. If a file is corrupted, won't open, or you never received access, email us at b2buisness@hotmail.com and we'll fix it or refund you — this is separate from the withdrawal right and always applies
